Scott M. Corin, M.D.

graduated from Brown University in 1979 and received his Doctor of Medicine from New York University in 1983. He completed his Internship at Veteran’s Affairs Medical Center in New York in 1984 and his Residency at The University of Michigan Hospitals/Medical Center in 1987. Dr. Corin has been in practice since 1988. Most recently, in January, 2004, he along with Marc Wladis, M.D., founded Advanced Eye Centers, Inc. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Massachusetts Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons, Massachusetts State Medical Society, and Canadian Oculoplastic Society.

Dr. Corin is on staff at Advanced Eye Surgery Center, Southcoast Hospitals Group as well as St. Anne’s Hospital.

He resides in Dartmouth, MA with his wife Nina Blumenthal, M.D. and two children.

Advanced Eye Center - Marc P. Wladis, M.D.

Marc P. Wladis, M.D.

received a B.A. degree from Cornell University-College of Arts & Sciences in 1976, and then continued on to the University Of Michigan School Of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine in 1980. He completed his Internship at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI in 1981 and his Residency at Boston University Hospital in 1984. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Professional memberships include the American Academy of Ophthalmology, New England Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.

Dr. Wladis has been practicing ophthalmology since 1984. In January, 2004, Dr. Wladis and Scott M. Corin, M.D., founded Advanced Eye Centers, Inc.

He is on staff at Advanced Eye Surgery Center and Southcoast Hospitals Group.

Dr. Wladis resides in Lakeville, MA with his wife Susan and three children.

Advanced Eye Center - Kameran Lashkari, M.D.

Kameran Lashkari, M.D.

graduated from Williams College, Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors, in 1981. In 1985 he received his Doctorate of Medicine from the New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Dr. Lashkari completed his Internship at St. Vincent’s Hospital & Medical Center in 1986 as well as his Residency in Internal Medicine in 1988. He also completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Missouri, Eye Foundation of Kansas City in 1993. Dr. Lashkari’s many Fellowships include:

Advanced Eye Center - Harry G. Glen, M.D.

Harry G. Glen, M.D.

is a board certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience. He has performed thousands of surgical procedures and is presently engaged in clinical research overseas.

After completing his under graduate work cum laude at Franklin and Marshall College and Harvard University, Dr. Glen received his medical degree from the Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University. His externships in ophthalmology and dermatology were conducted at the MA Eye and Ear Infirmary and Brown University, respectively. After a one-year-medical internship at New Hanover Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, N.C., Dr. Glen went on to complete his residency training at the esteemed Georgetown University Center for Sight in Washington, DC, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Glen is a published author. He is one of two physicians chosen by the State of W. Virginia’s Peer Review Organization to review ophthalmic medical records.

In addition, he is currently devising an educational tool to help improve patient education, which is his central approach to patient care.

Advanced Eye Center - Paul J. Botelho, M.D.

Paul J. Botelho, M.D.

is a Fellowship-trained Cornea and Refractive Surgeon specializing in Laser Vision Correction, Corneal Transplant and Cataract Surgery. He is board Certified Ophthalmologist and a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners.

Dr. Botelho graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Arts from College of Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. He received his Medical Doctorate from Boston University School of Medicine and his internship from Newton-Wellesley Hospital in Newton, MA.

Upon completion of his ophthalmology residency from the University of Missouri, Dr. Botelho served as Chief of Ophthalmology with the United States Air Force. He then completed a Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at The Wilmer Eye Institute, The John’s Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Botelho has participated in clinical research projects and authored numerous research publications, book chapters and review articles. He has received the 2004-05 Terrance P. O’Brien, MD Research Award from Johns Hopkins University and the 2007 H. Frederick Stephens, MD Resident Teaching Award from Brown University.

Dr. Botelho currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Professor and Chief of Cornea in the Department of Ophthalmology at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, RI. He is a member of the medical and surgical staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, Charlton Memorial Hospital, St. Anne’s Hospital, Advanced Eye Surgery Center and Rhode Island Hospital.

Dr. Botelho grew up in Taunton, MA and continues to provide exceptional eye care to his native southern New England area. He enjoys spending his free time with his two children, Paul Jay and Kathryn Marie.

Robert A. Audycki, O.D.

graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982 from St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y and received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1988 from Illinois College of Optometry. From 1986-1988 he received clinical training at Illinois College of Optometry and the Illinois Eye Institute. In addition, he completed an externship at the Minneapolis Society of the Blind in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Audycki has been practicing optometry since 1989 and is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Optometry. He is TPA (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) certified.

Dr. Audycki resides in Dartmouth, MA with his wife Sherry and three children.

graduated with honors from Worcester State College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He continued his education at The New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA where he received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1993.

Dr. Dadah is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Optometry and is TPA (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) certified.

He has been practicing optometry for 12 years.

Dr. Dadah resides with his wife Cathy and one child.

graduated from Boston University in 1984 with a B.S. in Bio-Medical Engineering then continued on to New England College of Optometry where she received her Doctorate of Optometry in 1988. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Optometry and is TPA (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) certified.

Dr. Arruda served in the United States Navy from 1990-1994 where she performed a wide range of optometric services including general exams and contact lens care, as well as utilizing a full spectrum of diagnostic and therapeutic drug therapies on active duty and retired military personnel and their dependents. She has been practicing optometry since 1988.

Dr. Arruda resides in Mansfield, MA with her husband, Joseph Tarantino, O.D., and their two children.

graduated with a Bachelors degree in 1984 from Wartbury College in Waverly, Iowa and received her Doctorate of Optometry in 1988 from Illinois College of Optometry, Chicago, Illinois. She completed her residency at Newington VA Hospital in 1989. She is a member of the National Board of Optometry Examiners, is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Optometry and is TPA (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) certified.

Dr. Audycki resides in Dartmouth, MA with her husband Robert and three children.

has an undergraduate B.S. degree in Biology which he obtained at Providence College in Providence, RI. From there he continued on to graduate from New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA in 1992 with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.). He is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Optometry and is TPA (therapeutic pharmaceutical agents) certified.

Dr. Tarantino served the United States Navy from 1992 to 1995 performing a wide range of optometric services on active duty, retired personnel, and service dependents.

He resides in Mansfield, MA with his wife, Kathryn M. Arruda, O.D., and their two children.
