Auto-Refractor – Takes a computerized measurement of
your eye to give us an accurate baseline for your eye
glasses prescription.
Visual Field Analyzer – Creates a custom computerized
map of your side (peripheral) vision.
Digital Photography/Fluorescein Angiography – Digital
photos of the back of your eyes with or without injecting
dye to evaluate blood vessels.
A-scan – Custom measurements needed to compute
power
of intraocular lens implant before cataract surgery.
B-scan – An important tool for the clinical
assessment of a variety of ocular and orbital diseases.
Argon Laser – Used for photocoagulation in where
tissue is clotted in order to stop blood cells from
bleeding.
Pachymetry – Measures the thickness of the cornea in
any given location, a measurement needed prior to
certain
refractive surgical procedures.
